Some urbanizations also have apartment buildings and townhomes, others are only chalets\/casas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a66ed13 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2a66ed13\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Self-contained Urbanizations<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d804065 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4d804065\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Urbanizations that are self-contained usually only have one or two entrances to the area. They are similar to an American gated (or non-gated) community where a whole community was built during a short timeframe and therefore all the fibre network, electricity and water was put in at the same time, so houses in urbanizations are fully equipped unlike what one might find with a stand-alone farm house [link to farm houses]. It is possible with the older urbanizations that you might still have a septic tank for your house, but you would now have access to convert to the public sewage that would have since been added to the urbanization.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7bba5fef elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7bba5fef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Town Urbanizations<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-517b1b3f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"517b1b3f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Some urbanizations are blended with the town they are in and really only delineate an area of the town that was built at one time. They are less likely to have facilities as they are usually within walking or biking distance to the towns facilities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ea046cd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ea046cd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Facilities<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-87ed167 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"87ed167\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Urbanizations can have an array of facilities, or none.<\/p><ul><li>Their own security company on site<\/li><li>A few are gated (this is more rare)<\/li><li>A public, outdoor kids play area with a concrete football area is pretty common<\/li><li>Tennis courts<\/li><li>Restaurant<\/li><li>Full club with restaurant, tennis, rec area, pool<\/li><li>Central mail area<\/li><li>Central recycling area<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c2d0703 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c2d0703\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Examples<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3bfc33b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3bfc33b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Alfinach\/Monastarios in Puzol:<\/strong> This is technically two urbanizations but they appear as one if you\u2019re driving around it. While the urbanization is not gated, it does have a private security company on site. There is a club in each section, each with it\u2019s own restaurant, pools, tennis courts, padel courts, kids playground and more.
